Switched to Mirrorless

After getting a chance to test the Olympus E-PL5 for almost two weeks, I took the plunge, and ordered one during the “Black Friday” madness they started doing in Hungary as well. It was a really good deal, and I couldn’t pass it by.  Now my Canon dSLR is up for sale, it’s getting harder to sell, as the newer camera’s are so cheap nowadays. One of the main reasons I made the switch was size.  The other reason, is I wanted a camera which I can use it’s images directly, with out the fuss, and post processing that RAW images need.  It also has built in Art Filters, that prove to be great. This mirror-less camera is small, smaller than my Bridge Panasonic, (which I decided to keep) as it’s a camera for a different purpose, with it’s bright Lens and 24x Zoom range, some images taken with the Panasonic.  What’s a camera worth if you don’t take it with you because of it’s size and weight, as was the case with the Canon.  It takes great pictures as you can see from this Gallery.

I’ll be making more images with the E-PL5 as time goes by, so there will be a gallery collection with images taken with the new mirror less.  Some examples below:
